Found this about my local Marshalls for $9.99 + tax. Retail is $17. I love Essie nail polishes but they can get expensive fast at $8 a pop, which is why I love these mini collections as I never finish a bottle of nail polish anyway. My favorite in the collection would have to be borrowed and blue. It's a perfect pastel baby blue for spring.
